Fresh Salsa

6 tomatoes, or 1 can whole peeled 1 sm green pepper
-tomatoes 1/8 Cup finely chopped cilantro
1 Clove garlic 1 Tsp salt
Chilies 1/8 Tsp pepper
1 med onion 1 Tsp vinegar

Peel the tomatoes by dipping them in boiling water for several seconds, then dip them in cold water (icy is best) for a few seconds and pull the skins off, then chop them up. Press the garlic, or chop it as fine as you can. Chop the chilies and the onion. Mix everything together. You can add anything you want to this salsa. Some other suggestions: Jalapenos, green onion, lime juice, corn, black beans, banana peppers, etc
