Flaky Artichoke Cups

1 Pkg Filo Dough 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
2 Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts 1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 Cup chopped red bell pepper 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/3 Cup sliced ripe pitted olives

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut Filo dough into 3x3 squares. Brush mini-muffin pan with butter, place one sheet on each round, brush with butter, repeat 4 times- Using 5 sheets) creating a flower look, press with mini-tart shaper. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade for later use. Pat artichokes dry with paper towel. Chop artichokes and red pepper. Slice olives. Grate cheese. Press garlic. Combine chopped vegetables, olives, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise in a bowl. Fill prepared muffin cups with artichoke mixture (about 1-2 tbsp). Bake 12-14 minutes. Let cool in pan 2 minutes. Carefully remove and serve warm.
