Soft Caramel Corn

1 Cup light Karo Syrup 1 Tsp vanilla
2 1/2 Cup brown sugar 1 Can sweetened condensed milk
1 Cups butter 5 batches of popcorn (5-6 Quarts)
1/4 Tsp Salt

Boil brown sugar and Karo, butter and salt. Add vanilla, and sweetened cond. milk. Bring back to a boil stirring constantly until at soft ball stage. Pour over salted popcorn coat evenly. Butter hands and form popcorn into balls if desired.
