Connie's Almond Roca

1/2 Lb Butter 1/4 Cup water
1 1/3 Cups Sugar 1 Cup Slivered almonds
1 Tbsp Corn Syrup 1 Large Hershey Bar

Bring sugar, corn syrup and water to a boil. Remove from heat and add butter and allow to melt. Put back on stove and boil. Pour over slivered almonds on buttered pan. Then put chopped Hershey bar chunks on top of the Roca. Smooth out chunks when melted. You can put almonds on top or chocolate chips or leave plain. Double recipe to fit in Jelly roll pan.
