Preheat oven to 350°. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. In a skillet, fry sausage and drain, mix in cream cheese until well coated on medium low heat. Stuff each mushroom with filling. Set mushrooms on a baking dish and bake for approx. 20 minutes or until fork inserts easily. |
