Savory Sausage & Egg Bake
Yield: 12 Servings

1 Lb bulk pork sausage 1 Cup milk
1/4 Lb sliced fresh mushrooms 1 1/2 Tsp salt
8 Medium Green Onions, Chopped 1/2 Tsp pepper
2 medium tomatoes 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Oregano Or 1/2
2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese -Teaspoon Dried
-(8 ounces) 12 eggs
1 1/4 Cup Bisquick mix

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Cook the sausage over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink. Drain the fat. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork; pour over cheese in baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
