Jed and Jenny's Favorite Recipes
No Knead Bread
Yield: 4 Loaf
| 3 3/4 Cups Warm Water |
4 Tsp Salt |
| 3 Tbsp Yeast |
2 Eggs |
| 6 Tbsp Sugar |
10 Cups Flour |
| 6 Tbsp Butter |

Dissolve yeast in water and sugar- let stand until yeast begins to foam. Mix in all ingredients except flour. Add flour gradually until dough is slightly sticky. Remove dough from bowl and knead slightly until dough is smooth. Wash out bowl and spray with cooking spray. Place dough back in bowl and cover with bread cloth. Let rise until double in size. Divide into four parts and place in bread pans. Let rise again. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
