Connie's Rolls
Yield: 36 Servings

2 Cups Milk 2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Margarine 3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Yeast 1 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Warm Water 6-7 Cups Flour

In a small sauce pan, scald milk and margarine. Let cool. Combine yeast and water and allow yeast to rise. In kitchen mixer, combine milk and yeast mixtures. Drop in eggs, don't stir. Add sugar and salt and beat until smooth. Add flour by cupful until dough is still slightly sticky. Cover and let rise until double in size. Punch down dough and allow to rise again. Roll out and cut into circles. An empty and CLEAN tuna can is the perfect size, but be sure to puncture a hole in the bottom of the can to allow for air to escape. Press slightly off center with butter knife, brush with butter and fold. Place each roll onto greased cookie sheet about an inch apart. Brush with butter and allow to rise. Bake in 375°F oven for 12-15 minutes.
