Veggie Pizza

1 sm clove garlic 8 Oz cream cheese
1 pkg pilsbury cresent rolls or dough 1 reg sized carrot- julienned
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli 1 Red Bell Pepper- julienned
1 sm zucchini- chopped or julienned 8 oz sliced mushrooms
8 oz graped tomatoes, sliced in half and drained 1 cup cheddar cheese-thinly shredded.

Roll out cresent rolls, joining seams with rolling pin on round or rectangular pizza pan. Bake at 375? for 8-10 mins. Cool.
Mix cream cheese and garlic and Spread over cooled crust.
Cut up various veggies and arrange over top of crust.
Top with shredded chedder cheese. You can really use any veggie you enjoy and you can season with cream cheese with anything you like as well.
