Chicken Wings

10 Chicken Wings 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup Flour Dash Ground Pepper
1/4 Tsp Paprika Dash Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Or
1/4 Tsp Salt 1 Cup Brown Sugar
Celery, Blue Cheese Or Ranch 1 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1/4 Cup Butter

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375. You want just enough oil to cover the wings entirely -- an inch or so deep at least. Combine flour, paprika, Cayenne and salt in a plastic bag and coat each wing then fry until golden brown. Brush with sauce of choice. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch dressing & celery stick. For Buffalo Sauce: combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well-blended. For sweet wingers-like sauce combine 1 C. brown sugar 1 C. Frank's red hot sauce Mix; bring to a boil, and let cool.
